canned chipotles in adobo sauce, minced
Red onion slices
Cook turkey as specified on the package. Always cook to well-done, 165°F as measured by a meat thermometer.
In small bowl, mayonnaise and chipotles.
Slice 8 rounds from edge of lettuce head to create 4 lettuce buns.
Serve burgers in lettuce buns, with chipotle mayo, tomato slices, and red onion slices
